Refund Policy

Payment Terms

To secure the date, The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total balance. The deposit is deducted from the total balance. 100% of the remaining balance is due latest 24 hours before the scheduled date of service. If the client is not able to facilitate remaining balance 24 hours before the scheduled service date, the service date will be considered void. Deposit only secures the date. Deposit is non refundable except in cases where The Client cancels scheduled service 48 hours from the time of signing this agreement.

No Refunds for Started & Completed Services

Once a service has started or been delivered — including but not limited to strategy sessions, branding work, photography, videography, content creation, or marketing campaigns — all fees are non‑refundable. This is due to the time, resources, travel and creative expertise invested in each project.

Cancellations

The Client reserves the right to cancel the project at any time. The 50% deposit is not refundable except when The Client cancels a production within 48 hours of the signing an agreement. Refunds take 7-10 business days.
